This prize draw is open to anyone 18 or over, who has a ‘live’ and renewed Golf Care policy when the prize draws take place on 1st March 2025.
The winners will be contacted by email or telephone within 7 working days of the prize draw taking place.
The prize includes 1 round of golf (18 holes) with Bernard Gallacher at one of Bernard’s favourite Championship golf courses including lunch, plus, a one night stay for the winner and 1 guest in a twin room at a hotel local to the chosen golf club. Accommodation will be selected by Ripe Insurance Services.
Ripe Insurance Services may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner's name and likeness. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with Ripe insurance Services’ Privacy Policy, currently located at: https://www.ripeinsurance.co.uk/privacy-policy/
Ripe Insurance Services reserve the right to record and/or take photographs of the winner when playing golf with Bernard Gallacher without prior consent. Ripe Insurance Services will contact the winning policyholder/s after the prize has been redeemed to ask for their consent to use this content in marketing material before it is published.
Ripe Insurance Services may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions, if Ripe Insurance Services decides in its absolute discretion to withdraw the prize before any winner is notified, or thereafter if any circumstances beyond the Ripe Group Services reasonable control prevent or restrict Ripe Insurance Services or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
This competition is not open to any employees of Ripe Insurance Services or their relatives. Any contractors engaged with Ripe Insurance Services are also excluded from participating.
If you cannot participate in the prize for reasons beyond your reasonable control, you must notify Ripe Insurance Services 20 days prior to the agreed date in which the prize was to take place, to cancel and may in its absolute discretion give that prize to someone else. You may not otherwise transfer any aspect of the prize to another person or assign or transfer any other rights or obligations in connection with these terms and conditions.
Must be redeemed within 1 year of the prize being accepted and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, no cash alternatives and non-transferable.
Transport is not included. Guests are solely responsible for travel and all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.
The prizes included are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
